Responsibilities:
- Follows and implements instructions for the
efficient operation of the kitchen
- Ensures that all ingredients received by stores
and suppliers are up to standards
- Maintains consistency regarding the preparation
and presentation of all menu items
- Follows all necessary policies and procedures
relating to HACCP guidelines
- Performs related duties and projects as
assigned
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff and
departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
