Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting the MICE segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, PCOs, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry workshops
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful event execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE sales or a related field within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong network within the MICE industry is highly desirable
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
