The Store Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the store under their supervision, in accordance with the company’s operational standards and procedures, aiming to achieve corporate sales targets
• Ensures the correct implementation of the company’s operational tools and the successful introduction of new programs and procedures
• Carries out the recruitment and selection processes to ensure full staffing of the store
• Cultivates and maintains an excellent working environment among store employees by providing support and effective guidance
• Oversees the development of store employees by using the company’s evaluation tools and motivating them effectively
• Engages with store visitors, identifying their needs, responding to requests, and handling any complaints, while actively participating in the store’s daily operations
• Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as adherence to labor laws regarding staff employment within the store

The suitable candidates for the Store Manager position must possess the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the clothing retail sector or relevant
• Degree from a higher education institution in Marketing, Business Administration, or Visual Merchandising
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literacy, especially in the MS Office environment
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced team management and task delegation abilities
• Team spirit and a collaborative mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and goal-driven approach
• Creativity and analytical thinking
