Commercial Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

Our pharmaceutical company Verma Drugs S.A., based in Koropi, Attica, with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets, is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator with experience in imports, exports, and marketing to strengthen the sales department and support the development of our activities in Greece and abroad.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and support of the commercial department and sales teams.
• Management of import and export processes (document preparation, coordination with transport companies, customs, etc.).
• Monitoring of orders and stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics department.
• Support and implementation of marketing and commercial communication activities (promotional material, participation in trade fairs, campaigns).
• Collaboration with existing clients and search for new partnerships.
• Maintenance and updating of the customer and partner database.
• Preparation of reports and analyses for the commercial management.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
• Excellent knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – a second language will be considered an asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
